We had an excellent experience working with Velvet. From start to finish, Velvet was knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient with us as we took her from one end of the spectrum of houses to the other and all over the Oklahoma City metro area and beyond. She was genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Her knowledge of the Oklahoma market was extremely helpful, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with each decision. There was never any pressure regarding a decision. I would highly recommend Velvet to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Oklahoma. She is professional, trustworthy, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Velvet was incredible to work with. This was my 3rd home buying experience, and she was helpful and professional the entire experience. I called her constantly with questions and she was always quick to respond and made me feel like I was her top priority.

My husband and I had a condo that had already been on the market for six months. Velvet was referred to us by some friends and, when our contact was up with our old realtor, we switched. Within a week, Velvet had done more to sell our condo than the other realtor had done in the entire six months. She send out a mailing (which was beautiful), made fliers and put together a notebook for anyone who visited, had two open houses, made a lovely facebook post, had our condo put at the top of the list for searches on at least one website, and I'm sure there are things I don't even remember. She contacted our HOA herself rather than asking us to do it - a number of times. She has so many contacts! She updated us regularly, answered our questions right away, and knows her business inside and out. I've bought and sold a number of houses in Oklahoma, Iowa, Florida, and Maine, and she is by far the best realtor I've ever done business with! We will certainly call her again the next time we need a realtor!

Velvet did an amazing job helping us find our dream home! She is very knowledgeable and educated us throughout the whole process.
